Mint UK boosts its senior leadership with an expert Enterprise Delivery Lead
LONDON, United Kingdom – OCTOBER 2022. Mint UK, part of the leading Microsoft Partner and global IT consultancy, Mint Group, continues to bolster its senior leadership team with the addition of Samantha Barrett as UK Enterprise Delivery Lead.
Barrett brings over a decade of Microsoft Dynamics experience to the recently established UK arm of the Mint Group. She has worked in multiple industries, including retail, professional services and manufacturing where she gained a broad breadth of experience in process optimisation, digitalisation and project management.
“Our plan, when we kicked off this office, was to secure exceptional talent from the top down. So, we have started with our senior leadership and will move on to filling other key roles once this team is in place,” explains Mint UK Managing Director, Andre Pearce.
“Samantha will be accountable for the delivery and all commercial aspects of UK projects as well as managing the delivery team. She joins us with many years of experience in the channel and project managing large Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations.”
Pearce describes how important it is for his growing business to bring in high-caliber individuals right from the outset.

Before joining Mint UK, Samantha worked for three large Microsoft partners as a senior project manager. These positions provided various opportunities for Samantha to become intimately acquainted with every aspect of the Dynamics project management and implementation processes.

Mint UK only officially kicked off operations earlier this year. However, business is booming with Dynamics 365 projects already well underway for its diverse customer base, including a large European power analytics provider and an established IT solutions and managed services provider.
